    Amazing small town diner that you don't walk out of hungry. On our way to Cincinnati from Gettysburg, Pa. we were searching for a nice midway stop to eat. I love giving local non franchise eateries my business and Dog House was perfect. Awesome prices and large portions. The service was really friendly and fast. Food was delicious. I had The Superman and my wife had the potato dish. What a great place to start our vacation at.

    We had a late breakfast. Food was great, reasonable prices and quick service. I would have given it 5 stars, but the decor is unappealing. This restaurant has been in Washington for a very long time and is rich in history. If the decor could include some of that history (old photos and news articles), I think it would draw more of a crowd.

    Waited over 35 minutes and couldn't even get the dirty dishes on our table cleaned off. We were told they would be with us in a minute multiple times, and the place was not too busy as half of the tables were empty. Very frustrating, so we left.

    Cant understand the hype! Biscuits and gravy were raved about but not that good. Other items looked good and dinner options sounded great.
